Video interview with ‘those guys’ from Mythic

imageSome great content is still flowing in from Comic Con! But seriously, we just can’t get enough of these guys. Ten Ton Hammer’s Garret Fuller spent a few minutes with Paul Barnett, Jeff Hickman, and Josh Drescher and all their crazy antics just before Comic Con started. Kind of makes me want to get a real job…for a minute.

More RvR footage from Comic Con

Another great piece of RvR footage from the same guy who brought the previous footage of the Zealot. This time you get a decent look at Chaos Chosen RvR gameplay, and apart from the quality (damn YouTube!) it’s well worth a watch.

Great RvR footage from Comic Con

It’s footage like this that makes me that much more excited for Warhammer Online. The content isn’t breathtaking, but the polish of the game, and how finished it looks (even though it’s over 6 months away from launch) is amazing.

The video is some RvR footage in a Scenario, with the player playing a Chaos Zealot. My concerns about the combat being too slow have definitely been thwarted, that’s for sure.

Interview with Josh Drescher and Jeff Hickman

Fansite Warhammer Conflict has a video interview with Josh Drescher and Jeff Hickman from the Comic-Con event, as well as a Q&A interview with Mark Jacobs.

There’s no need to pad this post with content, just head over and check out those interviews!

Feels great to get all this Warhammer goodness, doesn’t it?

Overlooked videos from JeuxVideo.fr

image

When a game has such a big following in Europe it’s easy for some great videos and content to be overlooked as it’s on a non-English website. However, through my daily browsing of Warhammer Online communities I found a couple of great videos from JeuxVideo.fr

  1. Jeff Hickman Interview
  2. In-game Footage

The video interview doesn’t have any ground-breaking information, just Jeff Hickman reiterating the main points of the game such as the elements of RvR combat. It does how ever contain some pretty decent in-game footage, and some people just like to admire “The Hickman” talk about what he loves (if that’s the case then it’s worth watching).

The second video contains more extensive in-game footage and I seriously recommend you check it out if you’re craving Warhammer Online goodness and are still awaiting the beta invite you “know” will arrive soon.
